How many wallpaper samples can I order?
You can order as many samples as you want. We have a fixed fee per sample + shipping costs.
What is the size of a wallpaper sample?
We are shipping wallpaper samples as big as + / - A5.
From which countries can I order the samples?
We currently ship to The Netherlands & Belgium. If you are from a different country, please ask for the shipping options through the contactpage.
What are the shipping costs?
We are calculating your shipping fees based on a fixed amount. In this way we can provide a better service for anyone. Shipping fees are: €3.25 (NL) or €4.95 (BE ).
Can I order wallpaper at Behangstaal.nl?
We work closely together with the biggest wallpaperwebstore in The Netherlands & Belgium. They are our official partner: Behangkoopjes.nl. They offer all the big wallaper brands for the best online prices.
How is it possible that my wallpaper differs from the sample?
We deliver samples from a random batch. New production runs may occur along the way, which may be from a different batch and therefore (possibly) have a slightly different colour composition.
What kind of payment options do you offer?
At this moment we offer payments via Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, KBC or Creditcard (Google Pay).
How safe are the payments?
All the payment are processed by our partner Mollie through a secured (SSL) environment.
Can I return my wallpaper sample?
You cannot return your wallpaper sample, as it is custom made for you.
